Come deducibile dal titolo, l’album è la prima parte del concept The Universal Migrator e narra la storia dell’ultimo colonizzatore sopravvissuto su Marte e dei suoi viaggi nel passato intrapresi tramite una macchina, il Dream Sequencer.
