Ad esso hanno partecipato soltanto tre cantanti e altrettanti strumentisti.
Alcuni temi che ispirarono Lucassen nella composizione di questo album si possono ritrovare nei due album successivi Universal Migrator Part 1: The Dream Sequencer e Universal Migrator Part 2: Flight of the Migrator.
